1 連續(xù)退火技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢
世界上第 1 條完備的冷軋鋼板立式連續(xù)退火
生產(chǎn)線于 1972 年在日本新日鐵君津鋼廠投入工
業(yè)生產(chǎn)。由于連續(xù)退火機(jī)組將帶鋼的清洗、退
火、平整、精整等工藝集于一體 , 具有生產(chǎn)效率
高 (生產(chǎn)周期由 10 天左右縮短到 1h 以內(nèi)) , 產(chǎn)
品品種多樣化 , 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高 , 生產(chǎn)成本低等許多
罩式退火工藝無法比擬的優(yōu)勢 , 連續(xù)退火技術(shù)得
到了迅速發(fā)展。20 世紀(jì) 70 年代以后 , 世界上有
60多條連續(xù)退火生產(chǎn)線投產(chǎn) , 在日本 , 用連續(xù)
退火工藝生產(chǎn)的冷板約占總量的 80 ...
