1. 設(shè)計(jì)題目:醬類食品灌裝機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)及其自動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)
1.1工作原理及工藝動(dòng)作過程簡(jiǎn)介:
①、將灌裝物料輸送至料斗(料腔)
②、將空瓶或空罐送至多工位轉(zhuǎn)盤,并能自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)位
③、能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)灌裝
④、進(jìn)行壓蓋密封
⑤、進(jìn)行粘貼商標(biāo)
⑥、將成品輸出
1.2原始數(shù)據(jù)及設(shè)計(jì)要求:
<1>灌裝能力16瓶/min;
<2>每瓶醬凈重200~400g;
<3>電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速1000r/min;
<4>工作行程60mm,工作行程包括定量灌裝、加蓋密封、粘貼商標(biāo)工藝等工作行程;
<5>為防止醬類食品變質(zhì),產(chǎn)品密封性好、在密封后有一定的保壓時(shí)間。
<6>整機(jī)由同一電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng),轉(zhuǎn)盤的轉(zhuǎn)位準(zhǔn)確平穩(wěn),整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,性能可靠,操作簡(jiǎn)單,外形美觀,制造方便。
1.3傳動(dòng)裝置設(shè)計(jì)要求:
<1>工作轉(zhuǎn)速允許誤差正負(fù)3%~5%
<2>開示錐齒輪傳動(dòng)比i≤4,帶傳比i≤3.5
2. 工作原理和工藝動(dòng)作分解圖
根據(jù)工藝過程,機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)具有一個(gè)電動(dòng)機(jī),變速傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)盤間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),定量灌裝機(jī)構(gòu),壓蓋密封機(jī)構(gòu),自動(dòng)粘貼商標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)
1、工作原理及工藝動(dòng)作過程
醬類自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)是通過出料活塞桿上下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)醬料灌裝入瓶?jī)?nèi)。其主要工藝動(dòng)作有:
1)將空盒送進(jìn)六工位盤,利用轉(zhuǎn)盤間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)變換不同工位
2)在灌裝工位上向瓶中定量灌入醬料
3)在另一個(gè)灌裝工位上將瓶蓋壓下
4)在傳送帶上,利用凸輪推動(dòng)半圓形壓桿,使瓶子靠近貼商標(biāo)滾輪,貼商標(biāo)
5)送出成品.

1)醬料自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)的生產(chǎn)能力:16瓶/ min,
2)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率2.3KW
3)電動(dòng)機(jī)同步轉(zhuǎn)速1000r/min

5)每瓶醬凈重200~400g
6)工作轉(zhuǎn)速允許誤差正負(fù)3%~5%

3、設(shè)計(jì)過程
按工位動(dòng)作要求擬定六個(gè)基本運(yùn)動(dòng):
1.輸送帶的連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)
2.六工位盤的間歇轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng);
3.灌裝壓桿的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng);
4.壓蓋壓桿往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)
5.貼商標(biāo)凸輪及轉(zhuǎn)輪連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)
6.送出成品。
a)灌裝、加蓋、貼標(biāo)工藝流程
1)空瓶通過輸送帶至六工位盤位置1
2)六工位盤做間歇轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),每次轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)1/6,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)其他機(jī)構(gòu)不執(zhí)行動(dòng)作。
3)當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤停止時(shí),工位2處灌裝活塞桿向下運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行灌裝,工位3處傳送帶加蓋并壓蓋
4)在傳送帶上,在凸輪的帶動(dòng)下半圓形槽卡住瓶子,使瓶子接觸貼標(biāo)滾輪...
